Never seen lacrosse? It's an action-packed, fast-moving mix of hockey, basketball, and more!

This evening of fun includes a Lock & Key Party mingler (our only one this summer - that alone is worth the ticket price), $1 Bud Lights, prizes, a player meet-and-greet, and special seating for our group. All of this for only $19!

We get early admission to the stadium for the private singles mingler beginning at 5:00 p.m. YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER TO GET EARLY ACCESS TO ATTEND THE LOCK & KEY PARTY. Segway Games

Do you know what a Segway is? Have you heard of the Mall Cops movie? That’s a segway, the funny little two wheeled platform the mall cop rides around on.

This fun-filled, interactive event consists of learning to ride segways and playing supervised games on them. Yes, games like we played when we were kids - Musical Chairs, Ring Around the Rosy, Pass the Ball, Red Rover, relays and others, all adapted for the Segway. Each Segway will be shared by several members of a team. It’s more fun and interactive than anything you’ve experienced!

Helmets will be provided. Wear flat comfortable shoes - sneakers or sandals are acceptable. You must weigh between 100 lbs and 265 lbs., be able to stand for a period of time unassisted, and not have equilibrium issues or be pregnant.

This event is limited to 36 people.

We are cordially invited to the nuptials of Kamilla Rugburn and Randy Valiant. The evening's agenda includes a wedding, dinner reception, and.....MURDER?

Imagine arriving at a grand Victorian Mansion where dozens of cocktailers are mingling around the parlours when you suddenly bump into the "bride from HELL". After a few moments with the wacky actors and hearing about the strange relationships these people have with one another, you begin to realize you’ve stumbled into a zany plot that could inspire MURDER! It’s a hilarious evening of fun, food, comedy and escape.

Ticket price of $34 (that's $3 off) includes dinner buffet, entertainment, tax, and gratuity. Buffet items includes salad, smoked pork loin chops, grilled herb-marinated chicken, pasta salad, grilled Olathe sweet corn, homemade corn bread, and lemon meringue pie. Also included are lemonade and coffee. There is a cash (CASH ONLY) bar.

Meet us on the front lawn of the Lumber Baron Inn at 5:00 p.m. for mingling with the other "guests". Please be aware that this is an audience-participation event (consider this fair warning that you may become part of the show). Fantasy Football League Draft

Football season is almost here, and if you're a huge fan like me, one of the best things about football season is fantasy football!

We will gather prior to the draft for pizza and introductions, so you can meet other football-loving singles and know who you are playing against! If you've never played, join us prior to the draft for a quick tutorial as well. The draft begins promptly at 6:45 pm on Wednesday, August 25. We will be set up somewhere (TBD) where you can use your laptop, or if you prefer, you can join the draft from another location. If you are not able to manually pick your players in the draft, the system automatically picks the best available player for you.

This is open to anyone who wants to play. If we have more than 10 teams, we will set up another league.

The cost is $25 to join, which includes the fantasy football, prizes (grand prize $100 cash), and a pizza party for the draft. We will also plan on at least one other get-together before the fantasy football championships!

Led by our professional Sommelier Paul, this tasting features the wines from Wine Row (right there at 47th & Pecos) - come find out how good our local wines really are. We'll try five wines (a mixture of white and red), complementary cheeses, gourmet chocolates, organic French truffles, and top it all off with a very special dessert!

Your registration fee includes wine, food, educational session, bottled water, and a chocolate goodie bag to take home with you.

We'll meet at Verso Cellars, part of Wine Row (along with Garfield Estates, Cottonwood Cellars, Olathe Vineyards, and Bonacquisti Wine). Wine Row is located three blocks south of I-70 on Pecos at approximately 47th Avenue, on the east side of the street. There is ample free parking in front of the building.

We're heading off to Cancun for 8 days/7nights of fun in the sun! We're staying at a 4+-rated ALL INCLUSIVE resort right on the beach.

Cancun is surrounded on three sides by lagoon, bay and the Caribbean Sea. Cancun offers a fabulous vacation experience for sun and fun worshippers, with white sand beaches, dining choices for every palate, and non-stop nightlife. There are also fascinating Mayan ruins within easy reach.

THE GREG PROOPS SHOW HAS BEEN POSTPONED BY COMEDY WORKS. WE WILL LET YOU KNOW AS SOON AS WE HAVE THE NEW SHOW DATE.

According to most polls, a sense of humor is the number one quality people look for in a mate. So join other singles who love to laugh for a night out with Greg Proops at Comedy Works!

Greg Proops is best known for his many appearances on the ABC improv comedy series Whose Line Is It Anyway? (one of my favorite shows, ever!). His other television credits include The Drew Carey Show, The Late, Late Show with Craig Ferguson, and his own Comedy Central Presents. Greg is a hit overseas as well, touring the UK four times and selling out the Edinburgh Fringe Festival seven years running.

This show is at the Comedy Works located downtown. We will meet at 5 Degrees (right next door) beforehand for a fun mixer and the chance to meet everyone. Then, we'll head next door to Comedy Works for our show!

A horror classic, Bram Stoker’s terrifying psychodrama pits the demonic Count against two vulnerable young women, and the valiant men who risk everything to save their lives—and their souls.

We have tickets at less than face value - only $45! We only have 20 tickets - 10 women, 10 men.

This performance takes place at the Stage Theater at the Denver Performing Arts Center. We will meet beforehand at 5 Degrees (15th and Lawrence) to meet and mingle before heading over to the show. Tickets will be handed out at that time.

Parking is usually available at the Writer Square parking garage at 15th and Lawrence for $5-$6.
