Petticoat Bruncheon at Bump & Grind

This is truly a brunch experience like no other! There are some things you just have to see to appreciate, and a drag queen brunch is absolutely one of them. As one reviewer put it, "Alice never encountered anything like this in Wonderland."

Brunch is served by saucy boys in short skirts, diva do's, hairy legs and stripper shoes. It's a sight to behold! And they sure know how to work it (take this any way you'd like) - serving brunch turns into an entire entertainment experience!

The food is not lost in all of this. The Bump & Grind has some of the best brunch fare in town, and a bakery to die for. Menus are pasted on the back of old album covers and have names like the "Erik Estrada" and the "Paris Hilton". You pay for your own brunch.

It's definitely not your average food joint, but if you're looking for a lot of laughter, great entertainment, interesting (to say the least) scenery, and maybe even an "S&M Barbie" in your table centerpiece, this is it! Note: This bruncheon attracts men, women, children, young, old, gay, straight - you name it. It is good entertainment, but occasionally gets a bit raunchy at times, so it could possibly be offensive to some. So come with an open mind!

Plan to be there right at 9:30 a.m. They don't open until 10:00, but a line usually starts forming up to an hour in advance, because they don't take reservations.

Cap off a long work week with food, wine, and a chance to meet other wine-loving singles! This tasting will feature 5 wine samples from France, Australia, and Chile, including both red and white varieties. There's always some left at the end for you to enjoy more of your favorite, too (smile). $29 includes wine, food and fun.

Justin Borvansky is our fabulous host. We'll be at a private location near the Park Meadows Mall. Exact address and directions will be emailed to those who register.

Enjoy a beautiful Saturday evening on the golf course! Tee times begin at 4:30 p.m. We'll golf in groups of four on the Par 3 Course, which features a variety of challenges for all ages and skill levels.

Afterwards, we'll enjoy a full, catered meal in the private picnic pavilion(included in the price), with burgers, dogs, potato salad, baked beans, cookies, and iced tea. There will also be a cash bar available.

The male/female ratio will not be monitored for this event.

Real, organized bingo! This is a serious bingo experience, with progressive jackpots, blackouts, and prizes up to $500. Do you know what a "pickle" is? I didn't either until I tried this!

We have our own semi-private area to mingle beforehand. Everything is totally smoke-free. Registration fee includes 2 playing sheets (12 bingo cards) and a dauber (to mark your squares). There is a snack bar available, but you will probably want to eat before you arrive. We'll plan to head somewhere afterwards for dessert or drinks.

The event is run by the Arapahoe Sertoma Club and all proceeds go to charity.

Enjoy a fun night out with the girls! "Girls Only - The Secret Comedy of Women" is an original comedy for female audiences only that celebrates the honor, truth, humor and silliness of being a girl. With a two-woman cast and all female audience, the play has found quick popularity in its unique examination of all things girl. The show is coming to the Denver Center after a sell-out run at The Avenue Theater and an appearance at the Winnipeg Fringe Festival. Sorry fellas, for female audiences only.

We'll be at the brand new, ultra-exclusive Suite 200 in Larimer Square for a great night of mingling and fun! This is the second half of the Singles Mingle 5k (www.singlesmingle5k.com), a benefit for Denver's Cystic Fibrosis. Even if you are not participating in the run/walk in the morning, we'd love to have you join us for Denver's largest Lock & Key Party!

What is the lock and key party? If you don’t know what to say when you want to approach someone you’re interested in, this event gives you an easy way out! In true Freudian fashion, each woman is given a lock and each gentleman is given a key. Work your way around the room trying to find the matching hardware, talking with everyone without having to worry about how to approach them. When you find your match, turn in your lock or key and get a new one - you have the opportunity to make many matches in one night - you never know who might have the key to your heart!

We'll have great prizes to give away, and all profits from the event will be donated to Denver Cystic Fibrosis. The organizers of the Singles Mingle 5k expect hundreds of singles to attend!

The current package price of $988 (double occupancy) includes airfare, hotel, transfers, and taxes. The travel agency requires a deposit that will cover the full cost of the airfare (plus some). The deposit to hold your spot is $560. The balance ($402) is due 45 days prior to departure. Deposits are not refundable for any reason.

Note: Due to airfare fluctuations, the package price can change any time. I would recommend making your deposit ASAP, given the current fuel situation!

We'll meet somewhere beforehand for dinner, so you can meet everyone else who is attending (details will be emailed to you prior to the event). Dinner is NOT included in this price - you will need to pay for it on your own. Please bring cash to make settling the tab easy! Then we'll head over to the Pepsi Center to cheer on our Avs! Our seats are located in the upper level on the end, but don't you know, there's not a bad seat in the house!
